Services
I see clients via telehealth, so you can meet with me from home anywhere in Ohio. I offer weekday, evening, and weekend appointments to better fit work and family schedules.
Our work starts with a 60‑minute evaluation where we clarify your symptoms, history, and goals. From there, I provide ongoing medication management plus practical, therapy‑informed strategies for anxiety, depression, OCD, panic, insomnia, and low motivation/energy. Follow‑up visits are typically 30 minutes and focus on what’s improving, what isn’t, and how we can adjust your plan.
If you’re constantly anxious, overthinking, or on edge, we’ll look at both the physical and emotional sides of your anxiety and build a plan to calm your nervous system. If you’re struggling with depression, low motivation, or feeling “numb,” we’ll work to lift your mood, restore your energy, and help you start caring about things again. For OCD and panic, we’ll focus on reducing symptoms in a structured, stepwise way that feels manageable and safe. If sleep is a problem, we’ll address insomnia with both medication options (when appropriate) and practical sleep strategies.
Our first session is a low-pressure, get-to-know-you visit. I’ll ask about your symptoms, history, and goals, and we’ll clarify what you want from treatment. From there, we’ll create a collaborative plan that may include medication, lifestyle changes, and therapy-informed tools
I collaborate closely with your primary care or therapist when helpful, and I’m comfortable being either your main psychiatric provider or part of a larger treatment team. All sessions are conducted in a straightforward, respectful, and nonjudgmental manner.
